Dear Khayecee,
I know that you don’t have the happiest life for now. I mean, there are many things in your life that you’re not happy with, and you want to change them, and there are just many things you want to achieve, but you can’t…Yet. You know very well that getting things done is not always easy. It takes time and a lot of effort to get what you want, to achieve your dreams. And pretty much, I have to be honest with you about this: YOU HAVE GREAT AMBITIONS, so don’t expect that they’ll come that easy.
Don’t let frustrations and disappointments eat you up. You don’t like that feeling right? Your whole being feels so small, then you start comparing yourself to other people. You’ll look down to yourself and you’ll feel even worse. AND that feeling sucks right?
You have to learn how to embrace every challenges and surprises that life has in store for you. I know they don’t always come in beautiful packages but you never know what’s really inside.
You also have to overcome insecurities, dear. That is your problem most of the time. Just let others who have good fortune or possess the things that you want be your inspiration. Instead of feeling envious, why not work harder until you achieve those things too? And again, let me tell you this: Many people might be feeling the same towards you too. Why? Look, you have a somehow..happy and complete family. You were able to finish your studies in a premier university, you are beautiful and intelligent. You have a lot of fun and cool friends, plus you have a loving and hot boyfriend. HAHA! So please. Stop feeling bad about yourself because you are so blessed Khayecee, you really are.
Now, about achieving the things that you want. First of all, can you just be clear about the things you really want? I mean, it seems like you want to have everything. You have to identify which path you really want to take. Do you really want to be lawyer? Or you want to pursue modeling and acting? Or would you like to be a photographer? Or a businesswoman? Or a Development Communicator? What? I know that there are “super” people that can do many things at the same time. But girl, in your case, you really have to focus on one first then work hard on it. Let it be your goal. At least then you’ll have a direction, a path, right?
Another thing Khayecee, I know you’ve been feeling frustrated about the things you’re praying hard for but you can’t have. There is always a reason for unanswered prayer and wishes. Maybe you’re just in the wrong place to have it, or maybe wrong time to achieve it or maybe, you’re not the right person to get it. But it doesn’t mean that you have to give up. You’re just too young. And there are many many things that yet to come.
And about those barriers that make your life a little tough? Well you’re lucky, because all of it, all of them, force you to max out your full potential.
All those adversities, those problems, the stress you’re feeling are just a small price to pay for living such a blessed full life. So Smile Khayecee! :)
